We are inviting you to be part of this relevant undertaking during which local and foreign scholars of teacher education come together to share knowledge and set directions for the promotion of better education opportunities for teachers. More than 300 participants are expected to attend this conference. Most of them will be owners and professors of teacher education institutions from around the Philippines and from other parts of the world. It would be most beneficial to your interest if they are able to peruse your products during this conference. The following are the sponsorship opportunities.

  • Major sponsor (P 150,000.00) – 1 booth for exhibit (2×4 sqm), whole page advertising, 30 minute product presentation, banner advertising (3′ x 6′ vertical), public announcement before and after the conference, inclusion of company’s brochure or catalog and item in the conference kit, and logo in the official conference website and hyperlink from your logo to your website or email address and the main banner of the conference

  • Minor sponsor (P 75,000.00) – 1 booth for exhibit (2×2 sqm), half page advertising, 15 minute product presentation, banner advertising (2′ x 5′ vertical), public announcement before and after the conference, insertion of brochure or catalog in the conference kit, logo in the conference website.

  • Major Exhibitor with company’s brochure insertion in the conference kit (P25,000 exclusive of VAT and electrical consumption which will be shouldered by the exhibiting company) – 2 x 4 sqm. space (slots given on first come first served basis). There will 20 booths available for exhibitors of educational, cultural, and information and communication technology products.

  • Minor Exhibitor (P12,000 exclusive of VAT and electrical consumption) – 2 x 2 sqm. Space

  • Product presentation during breaks (P 10,000.00) – The company will be given 15 minutes to present during snack or lunch break.

  • Souvenir Program Advertising – The souvenir program will be distributed to all participants. Kindly supply the camera ready advertisement on or before June 24, 2010. The following are the rates:*

  • Sponsorship of conference delegate (P6,500 per delegate) – Names of delegate sponsors will be acknowledged in the souvenir program. If in groups, with discount.
     Group of at least 10 delegates (5% discount, P61,750 at P6,175 per delegate)
    Group of at least 15 delegates (10% discount, P87,750 at P5,850 per delegate)
    Group of at least 20 delegates (15% discount, P110,500 at 5,525 per delegate)
    Group of at least 25 delegates (20% discount, P130,000 at P5,200 per delegate)

  • Banner Advertising (P5,000) – Banner Advertisements (2′ x 5′) will be installed where the plenary are to be held during the conference. The fee for banner advertisements is P5,000.00. The advertiser will provide the banner and will take care of transporting it to and from the conference location. The deadline for banner advertisement is July 15, 2010.

  • Sponsorship of various items for the Conference Kit (P 2,500 per item included in the conference kit) – Companies are encouraged to provide items for the conference kit such as ID holders, notebooks/writing pads, pencils or pens among others. These items should show your company logo and name. The sponsor is responsible for the production of and the cost of producing the materials.
