Conference Rates

Paper Presenter – Php 4500.00/ USD 100.00

Early Registrant – Php 5500.00/ USD 125.00 (Early bird registration has been extended to June 25, 2010.)

On-site Registrant – Php 6500.00/USD 145.00 (Please pre-register online.)

Available discounts:

  • Persons with disability / Senior Citizens – 20% of the onsite rate upon presentation of the ID from NCDA / LGU

  • Group discount – 5% for every group of 5 or more. Forms and fees must be submitted together.

The registration fee covers

  • conference fee and kit

  • certificate of participation

  • University of the Philippines – Diliman campus tour (optional, must pre-register)

  • Cultural Night fee

  • meals

    • July 29 heavy afternoon snack and dinner

    • July 30 morning and afternoon snacks and lunch

    • July 31 heavy morning snack

    • Note: The conference fee does not include lunch on July 29. Participants may opt to have lunch at the SEAMEO Innotech Canteen or at the UP Ayala Technohub.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

* Conference fees are transferable.

A letter requesting the transfer of registration fee and the original receipt/acknowledgement slip should be presented during on-site registration.

On or before June 29, 2010

A processing fee of P500 (local participants) and USD 20 (foreign participants) will be charged and deducted from the refunded conference fee. Refund processing will take one week from the time the written request has been received.

After June 29, 2010

No refunds will be given after June 29, 2010.
